Looks much better Jordan!! I like it alot! I wish my car had a satin finish to it so I wouldn't have to wax it all the time LOL!
lol thanks man it means alot coming from a man of perfection like yourself haha and you dont gotta wax it nobody else does, well bert does but thats it haha jk
ok so today i drove it pretty much all day and it developed an exhaust leak, i figure whatever i go buy new header gaskets double em up and silicon the shit out of em put the gaskets in and i get every single tube to line up and the bolts to go in except for the number 1 cylinder. i can honestly say i have never been so pissed off/discouraged in my entire life, i tryed everything loosening them all up and trying... nothing. prying on the tube... nothing, putting something in the hole and prying to center it.....no luck. i can just honestly say i hate these headers so much whoever came up with the single tube design is a goddamn retard, and their not slip tube there all welded to the collector
clear it !
I found that Starting the first and last bolt worked best for getting my headers on, then I'd work my way down.. Its a big PITA, I wanted to cry sometimes LOL.
it crossed my mind at one point hahaI found that Starting the first and last bolt worked best for getting my headers on, then I'd work my way down.. Its a big PITA, I wanted to cry sometimes LOL.

Hated my old mac headers. They were a pain in the ass. Love the custom ones I have now though.
lol yea these blow camel dick
Take them out of the car...
Get a old head, heat the header up so its warm then bolt it to the head let it cool. Heat it again so it gets pretty hot then let it cool, they should hold there shape a lil better.
also you can weld strapping across the tubes about 2" back form the flange if ya want and it will make them easier to get on but might casue the tubes to crack down the road.
