Just one of the most bad ass builds I have ever seen. Can not wait till its done but will be sad when it is because I don't know if we will see such an amazing build/restoration in a while.

Been awhile since my last update.
Bumpers are finished, front valance is finished. I just blasted and cleared the bumper brackets, since they're aluminum anyway.
New transmission crossmember fabrication is done (thanks Dan Neumann Race Cars!). He also completed the header re-work this week. The headers and mufflers are off for ceramic coating as of yesterday.
Next up will be firing the engine and installing the front clip/bumpers.
I know the header pic is out of focus, but its all I have for now lol.
By next month "SD" should be back on the road again!

Car is home from header fabrication. Fired the engine today!! We got some video, just need to get it from my pal to post. We were a bit busy as you can imagine!! Had no spark, had to swap out the BEI module. Glad I bought up spares! Once we solved that issue, and this is TRUTH..engine fired/idled on the first crank. I'm still in shock over how easily this thing cranked up. I have a couple of transmission leaks to resolve, but otherwise, we're looking good so far. I'll get something posted up this week!

Spent the entire morning installing the front clip. Bumpers are being painted again to get them "right" as far as the shade of gray.
Almost there. I'll get more pics posted up after the bumpers are on later this coming week, but I have to say, its looking good after all the years of neglect.

Hot Damn! With all the exposure and buzz of the "New" Mustang all week I'm even more tickled to see this! Dare I say it's BEAUTIFUL! 
The paint color is fantastic. What's the story, is that a "Factory" or "original" color? Is it metallic? Looks silver but a cool silver. I like it.
