IT'S FINALLY OVER!!!

It's been about 4 months through this whole process. I know most of you remember my incident at the beginning of summer with the primered mustang etc. Well, it's finally over. I went to court for the last time today for it. Thanks to Mark(WikdSVT, who I owe big time) I came away with a "Running a Red" which is a pretty sweet deal, I think.

Thanks to everyone that supported me and and gave me advice, I appreciate it. I'm just glad it's done with.

Glad to hear it. Maybe we should learn from these situations and slow it down.
Glad you didn't leave the car in the garage all summer.

Glad everything worked out for ya. Hopefully, igotneed4speed will be as fortunate. I think he goes to court Wednesday.

My buddy Lee rolled his 62 Dodge in Flint a few weeks ago after running into his son driving a 440 Dart which also rolled. The race at Stanton got rained out and they were heading to a restaurant. Lee didnt know where it was and motioned he son to go around and lead the way. A car was going very slow in front of him and he swerved to the left to avoid it and tagged the Dart. A witness heard the Dart floor it to get around Lee and told the cops they were drag racing. They both got drag racing tickets and think they can get out of it without an attorney. I told them that is a major ticket and to get an attorney.

Thanks everybody for your congrats and good words. :)

Hmmm...That's a tough one. It helps and doesn't help that they are related. They court could say that they were having some kind of father son rivalry or the defendants could agree on a story of what they were doing, but the fact that there was a witness throws the whole thing.
