If you haven't already, get a water extraction company out there. I've dealt with Cemcare (248-589-0660) while working with AAA in the homeowners department. Some things may be able to be saved. As mentioned , call your insurance company ASAP.

that would actually be covered under an act of god cause a pipe broke blah blah im sure theirs a few stipulations but i believe they put it in the same category as if a fire were to occur!

the garage collapsing on my vehicles was considered that the only thing an act of god doenst cover through my policy was flying objects such as spears,missles,bullets and a few other misc. things and if my scanner is working i will scan my policy

It's not flood damage. The only thing that wouldn't be covered would be the cost to repair the pipe that burst. The insurance company should even pick up relocation expenses if necessary while repairs are completed.

Yea, they are covering everything. Including all the stuff that was damaged and fixing the whole upstairs bathroom. We even have flood damage coverage.
