LOL!!!!!!!!!! I was sitting about 3 feet away when that bitch let go!!!!!! There was about 250 pieces of rod journal, caps, rods, it was a real fucking mess. I got there and saw the line, and went back and paid another $40, (for a total of $80) to run in the VIP lane........ I got 2 runs in all night..... First one was shit because the plugs were cashed from all the street driving (drove the car there from howell) And the 2nd run, I was the lucky bastard that got to go after that chevelle shit coolant down to 1000 ft...... But the starter didnt take notice until I was ASS FUCKING SIDEWAYS, using both fucking lanes to get my shit back under control...... What a clusterfuck AND a waste of money..... I was close to demanding at least the extra $40 back, because the VIP thing was bullshit. The other lanes moved faster, and I talked to other people that at least got 3 runs in, and they just paid $40..... Really feel like I got fucking hosed........

i ended up getting 5 passes in all night frist pass the fuse was fucked up for the trans brake second outta nitrous and or gas (i'm a dumb ass) 3 was a new best et 4th againts black stang witch car go loose and the last was against u win witch resulted putting it on the bumper and fucking everything else up.
I waited a long ass time in the staging lanes today milan will have to do something different for next month in order for me to come back. Hell i think when i get the oil pan strightened/beat out it will be easier to run u win on a wednesday.

And fuck 80 for vip i upgraded but it didn't really matter

It was a joke, I thought it was less organized than the one iw as at last yea rin october.


We left around 11:30.. It was freezing and no one was running I sat in the stands for three hours and seen bikes and junior dragsters a zillion times and maybe seriously 20 cars go down the track. Iw as like wtf am i hear for this is sad.

Milan really fucked up this event way to ruin something that could have been badass... I more than likely will not attend another not et. As far as spectating the heads up events are all im going to from now on.

I'll go to norwalk for TnT as well I'm pretty much done with milan.

I got two passes in and then put in on the trailer......it was ridiculous last night. I sat in the car for 2 hours waiting for my second pass.

Car ran really good though. Had to sit in the burnout box while they cleaned up the mess from that copper colored notch hitting the wall.......that was a little disturbing
 
milan's been fucked up since the 70's. it's a shame somebody couldn't open a track close enough to give them some competition. maybe that'd force 'em to stop fucking the racers. i was amazed when i heard they were running jr's last night. wtf? my son went, and left at 9 pm. pretty lame imo.....

They don't care, that's been proven 1000x times. They have enough people showing up to these events they don't really give a crap as long as the revenue is there.

You can bet at the end of the event they are patting themselves on the back after counting the money.

Baby Jaz and I had a good time, probably got 15 bucks worth of spectating. She didnt get crabby till 10:30, which ironically was the first pass we got to see CobraTom make after he waited in the staging lanes for 4 hours. I believe he had a pb on that pass. I agree that the JR's fucked up the flow a ton. I truly feel sorry for all the guys that rode out all the way from Chicago to race and showed up to a clusterfuck.

milan sucked ass last night! we had a few races set up for ratrodnick and could not even get them off cause the staging lanes were so messed up!

nick upgraded and paid a extra $40.00 for there fucking bullshit v.i.p. and we still waited HOURS too make a pass!



ubly dragway i love i can hot lap all day and only cost me 20 bucks!


oct. 10 is alternative auto day at ubly it is a great time hopefully i see some of ya's out there!:thumbsup:
 
I was there just for a few hours, what a total waste of time. I wish we could afford to build our own track, Milan blows.
