is this a real saleen?

From what I can tell from pictures, it is NOT a real saleen. It looks to be missing the saleen badge in engine bay as well as inside under the radio controls.

My Saleen didn't have the number on the bumper because it had been repainted, and a previous owner removed the dash plaque. However, the plaque under the hood is still there.
A call to Saleen would let you know.

I don't think so. saleens also had specific saleen seats, gauges, and brake calipers, which this has none of

The grill surround is incorrect, should be flat black... It does not have saleen side scoops, it looks like an OEM shifter rather than the Saleen/Hurst which was standard, wrong gauges, rear bumper is not painted correctly on the lower half, it has a 281 Extreme hood and rear wing, and as Steve said, no plaques.... The brakes and seats were optional.
