Although it resembles a tilt shift lens effect there was actually no tilt shift lens used at all. A Tamron 17-50 f/2.8 and Sigma 50-150 2.8 were used on a Nikon D3 body. All stills used to create the whole video...i read like 35,000 of them!

He did a really awesome job with it!
