what is a stip or a lock in

i just got back in state and havent been to the track so i have no idea what everyone is going on about. also are there separate clubs in this club or what?
 
girls are great, cars are better ;)

the blower still needs some parts, i listed what all i need to install. i will put it all in by may, the winter build though is

the seats, carpet, 8 point roll cage, fuel pump, battery relocation(if i can find a kit as i dont want to make my own)

spring is vortech v2 charger install with air to air intercooler on stock engine.

next year build engine, max out blower

next year build trans, 6 speed t-56 magnum upgrade all the other parts as well while i am at it

next year body paint, and or swap to auto because i will probally be tired of manual
 
thanks. hopefully by the time i am done people will see what they can be and get some. will make it easier to find parts ;)
