I cant describe how i feel over all of this. This fucking idiot doesnt like me going 55 down the road that he thinks he owns, and does about 60+ and does dounuts and burnouts everyday and tears the road all to hell. So he basicly trys to assault me with his truck ( a deadly weapon) and i fight back in self defense, and i end up witht he full blame and i should be "glad" i wasnt locked up for 93 days.... ask golden or anyone on here who knows me, i am by far not a persont o start a fight or even get into one let alone some shit like this, and now i gotta worry about my windows getting blown out and my yard being fucked up by these cock suckin hillbillies.

Oh I would have handled it by hitting his unlock bottom threw the one window he was drunk he wouldnt know what the noise was go to the other side. Open the door hit him right in the nose then in the mouth and if he was out cold id shift his car into drive and watch the fun begin when he hits his familys car. carry a video camara with you and everytime you get close to his house turn it on just in case this cocksucker does anything else. that way you have proof, also if it does happen again be the first to call the police, they will always back you, if you are the caller.

If he has police connections, its over. The officer obviously wasnt willing to listen to your side and wanted to scare the shit out of you. He may have backed out to you, but you decided to get out the car, thats what made you at fault. Had it been him that got out, you could have ran the fucker over and been okay by simply saying you were threatened.

Sorry to hear about the situation though. I've had shit like that happen to me over over. Be the bigger man, cut the ego a walk away. Even if he got in your face and shoved you around... next time is another story

Yeah terrys a little bitch, except when hes in his truck then hes a real tough guy. Mike i never had a problem with, i think i even talked to him not all too long ago about my car. But i dont know who the other guy was, it wasnt terry but i wouldnt be a bit surpirsed if he wasnt in the back seat and never got out caus the car had tinted windows. anyway them two tried to scare me like they was going to jump me, so thats when i figured i needed to go nuts and do somthing, so i shoved the shit out of the one kid and mike didnt do a damn thing but stand there, then talk some shit and leave.
