Nipple show-er
So to make a long story somewhat short, my boss lives on a dirt road about 5 miles from me, everyday i drive to work and leave from the shop there in our work van, every night i return there around midnight get in my truck and head home. Well last night at midnight i pull out of my boss's drive and im about 200 yards away doing around 50-55mph, when all of a sudden some fucking maniac 100% intentionally backs out into the road right in front of me and i slam the brakes down and manage to get bewteen the back of this guys truck and his mail box and very nearly lost control of my explorer.
So I got out EXTREMELY pissed because i knew it was intentional because he actually waited until i was within 30 feet of his drive and then befor i know it hes spinning the tire sin reveres to try and either hit me or get me to crash. Anyway i start yelling "what the hell are you doing" "are you fucking nuts?" ETC ETC, i told the person to get out of the truck and not a word or motion, so i walk over to the drivers side window and relize its a guy about my age (21) who went to my school (never really liked him but never crossed paths) so anyway i say WTF are you doing are you nuts and he says "You need to slow the fuck down" and puts the truck in drive cuts the wheel towards me and peels out trying to hit me, i run along side the truck at this point yelling at him to get out and he goes forward reveres a few times trying to hit me, so i reach in the window and i dont remember what happened...anyway few seconds later a girl (his wife) comes out yelling for him to stop and come up to the porch, so he starts idling up the drive way.
So i turn and start walking down the driveway when this idiot slams it in reveres and starts peeling out again trying to run me down, so now im running and make it to my truck out in the road and get into drive and start going meanwhile hes trying to slam into my truck.
thats the end of that ordeal, next about 15 minutes later im getting out of my truck in front of my house (about 1230am) when a car pulls up. A guy gets out of the front, and a guy gets out of the back. Guy in the front is the kids brother who i know and actually got along with in HS, anyway they kinda crowd me up against my truck and start yellin shit at me about what happened when the guy who got out of the back steps into me i shove the fuck out of him and tell both of them to get the fuck off my street. They make a couples threats and leave.
So i made a police report through milan PD about the incident at my house, but the original incident happened in monroe county. Come to find this kid already called monroe and said he had been assaulted. So an hour goes by and 2 monroe cop cars come to my house, I go out side and try to be as calm and cool as possible and attempt to tell my side of the story when im cut short and told im damn lucky im not going to jail that i hit the kid in the mouth and his lip is very swollen, that the kid is not pressing assault charges, and that he was only backing out of his driveway and was not trying to back in front of me or anything and that i just got out and assaulted him for no reason. So again i try to tell my side and im told i need to drop it, appolgize and be glad im not going to jail.
So the cop says to me "do you want to go over there and make things right face to face" i say yes id be glad to" and start to fallow him to his car when all of a sudden he turns around and says "actually we dont have time, we can do this on the phone" so he calls and i have to appologize and shit.
so anyway that was the end of it, but my question is, i know through people that this kid was drunk at the time of this, and i wanted to have them give hima breathalizer when we got there, but starngely they suddenly didnt want me to go there.....anyway im sorry for the waste of time, theres so much more but i cant think to type it out, but i basicly feel that i got fucked over hard by the cops and this kid because his father-in-law used to be a cop and fixed the situation for him.....
