You are correct. The pictures speak for themselves. I still would like to hear their side of the story.

There might be a way to fix all of this that makes everyone happy.

If Pande fixes this guys shit right, that would seem to be a good solution for his
$11,000 investment and a new sponsor's reputation right out of the box.

I might give a shop the chance to make things right. He may have had an employee do a poor job on it, I don't know the full circumstance behind the
work. I sure couldn't feel good about billing a guy $11,000 for that work though.
What else was included? Just what was stated earlier in the thread?

11000 was with his storage charge which was about 4200.00 I think

A $4,200 storage charge huh? What the fuck? I could of built you a better cage out of PVC piping and JB weld. Court would just waste more money, take a bunch of pictures, and tell your story. Word of mouth hurts shops more than you know. But again, I'd like to hear their side of the story. Since they are now a sponsor maybe we will. :headscrat

this is the first i am hearing about this and the story is much deeper then dave has stated but i dont want to put his money problems on this board he could have called me and talked to me but he didnt ,i had to take parts on trade for some of the bill and had to sell some of his parts for him and yes he came to the shop many of times to look at his car if it will not cert for 8.50 i will fix whatever it needs to make him happy but he should have called me about it first .

First off I put my own money problem out there laided it down just like I told you
do you agree there is a problem with this cage? I have about 10 people that have seen it that tells me there is
so how can we fix this to make things right

It is good of you to step up and make that offer, especially if he hasn't spoken
to you directly about the problems. Hopefully you both can get satisfaction at
the end of the road.
