Just do what I had to do...call him up and tell him to stop texting your gf. If he keeps doing it, report it to the cops. It's harassment, and you have concrete proof (save the texts). As long as she's not egging him on or leading him on behind your back, it should be pretty cut and dry. Getting into some kind of "texting war" isn't going to solve anything in the long run.
