I need a mechanic!!! I'm stumped...

my car is running pretty terrible. Ill be in detroit at the end of the month and need some work done on my 95 caprice 4.3 motor. I would like to get done the wires, plugs, ignition coil, cap and rotor, and fuel filter....

Any suggestions who to go to???

I think I can supply all the parts needed, my car just seems to be losing power and on a cold start up it takes a good 6 or 7 seconds to start it and then it sort of goes put, put , put and then revs pretty hard till it idles out??

Either way it goes I have to try to get the basics done and see what happens next so any advice on who to go to get this stuff done at the end of the month please let me know.

(I would get it done out here in Kalamazoo but 90 an hour for just the labor is a little to steep..not to mention the over charging for the parts)
 
95 B-body will be the baby LT1, the L99 4.3L V8(was the base engine in the 94-96 caprice) , same work as the same job on a 5.7 LT1

I'd recommend replacing the opti, and the water pump if there is any question, since it will be off to do either the complete opti, or the cap/rotor

yup 4.3 v8, I am actually LOOKING FOR A MECHANIC to do the job I listed in the first post at the end of this month, if any of you guys know someone let me know...
 
This maybe a hike for you but I'd take it to Brad at O'Hara Automotive & Performance, his labor rate is really cheap and doesnt over price parts. I sometimes take my own parts to him and he will just install on the cheap! Hope this helps!!
