here's one for you, bought a dining room set 3 weeks ago, mind you i've been gone for two weeks. the wife calls me crying about an issue with the finish. she makes an appointment with a service call. the guy comes today and proceeds to tell her that we must have gotten water or something on the surface that they wont cover. really... water will destroy the top coat that they wont cover. what kind of cheap shit is this. we had wood when the kids were growing up for 20 years that spilled everything on it, the only reason i got rid of it was because i was tired of looking at it. now i buy this and they wont cover it because water was on it.......art van stuff is junk and yes i will spent another $500.00 to resurface to make her happy and she deserves it. but their responses and lack of caring just shows that art vans sells junk..... three weeks really... what an fucking joke
trust me the manager wont like me if he has the balls to call me back

Art Van sells cheap made in china shit. It's very sad that if you want anything that's quality you have to pay 3x what Art Van charges and look elsewhere.
Jasen's in Roseville sells all American Made stuff if you have the $ to spend.
 
Most of Art Van's shit is made of matchsticks. You can hear the wood buckling when you sit on it.
 
tell them pursuant to the warranty agreement/purchase order you want to take it to arbitration.
They will fix it rather than pay a damn attorney in arbitration.

Facebook can be used as a weapon. All you have to do is put them on blast. I posted this to their page last night and now they want to make it right for you.
