Hey Guys

After about 3 weeks of negotiating, and them flying me and my G/F down for a 4 day visit I have officially taken the position as the Motorsport and High Performance Director at The Collection in Miami(www.thecollection.com). Ill be head of design and builds on all exotics(Ferrari,Aston Martin,Porsche,Maserati,Lotus,Audi,Jaguar) Ill be building our cars for SEMA, PRI, and other national shows and of course our customers. They are considered one of the premier dealerships in North America, during my visit all I could say was WOW. The facility, the cars, the shop, just insane, I havent seen another like it. So we are moving out friday, I got a condo on Miami Beach, sick view on the water, Vette and CTS-V are getting shipped down and Im gonna start loving life again!! I had to share since this is one of the sites I got started on, and now my hobby has turned into a sick career! If anyone is in the market for the F430 with a turbo let me know! :) I see a DB9 in my future soon!

When Motown started Hibberd got me started in the club, I was a member the first year it was started and I used to go to events all the time, and I lived up in Bay City.........man that seems like forever ago! lol

Congrats, where in Miami Beach? I lived in Surfside, Miami Beach around 90th street. About 7 blocks off the ocean and 2-3 blocks from the Bay.
My parents had a business at 20th street and collins ( A1A ) just at the north end of south beach.

I'm pretty sure I remember the collection down on Dixie Highway.
It was in an area that has quite a few car dealerships on both sides of the road, lots of nice cars.

By building I mean Ill be in charge of the build from factory specs on up, design and creation with our shop in house, and paint and body by a third party of my choice. Basically anything custom and aftermarket we can create.

Were going to be at 79th right off the causeway right on Biscayne Bay, new high rise condo, its called the 360, only one shaped like a V, you can see it flying into Miami.

The Collection has their preowned on Dixie, the main store is on Bird Ave.

Ahhh North Shore area, just south of where I lived. I spent a lot of time north of there at haulover pier / park. They have awesome KITE fly-ins. Huge awesome kites.

Congrats on the your new dream job!! Enjoy Miami. I would move there in a heartbeat if I had an opportunity like that.
