It was built by a guy I know who operates Transmission Authority in Waterford/Whitelake, with Raebestos blue racing clutch and steels, an A+ overdrive servo, reworked valvebody and some other upgraded parts.

Yea, that's the guy. I haven't really had any problems with him. He's done all my trans work on the Mustang and the Probe I had. He's does work pretty fast too, that's the reason I liked dealing with him. If I could find someone to fix the trans by Saturday then I might be more inclined to go to them.

i hear ya, i just thought i'de throw it out since i had nothing but problems with him, and when he replaced my pinion seal and a weak later my rear end blew up (that's just driving around town no ragging) i took it back to him and he said there was no way that him replacing the pinion seal would have made my gear lash change therefor he wasn't responsible for it...he was a prick about it too...and i was a friend of his son!!...sorry i'm just ranting cause i don't like him much....good luck getting it fixed though! that sucks!

I have a question... Do you have an external trans cooler and a trans temp gauge? I ask because I've destroyed 9 automatics (4 TH400's and 5 4L60E's) and it was always from heat. I added a 26K GVWR transcooler and a gauge (fluid temp is everything), no more issues.

Nope, no trans cooler. If this hold up the rest of the season It might be a wise decision to invest in one this winter. That and an electric fan says Kim.

Fuck it... Get it done for Norwalk!

Norwalk is tmw right? Haha, I wish it were possible. Plus, with the money I'm spending out right now I don't wanna go to Norwalk and spend more. I'm pretty sure I just spent 2k this week alone. My friend recomended prostitution to cover some of my cost.
