I have an idea how to fix our prison system

Most would agree our judicial system is fucked up. Guys commit murder and then spend life rent free, free meals, cable tv, etc in our prison system.

Since the U.S. is outsourcing everything overseas, I propose we outsource the prison system also :) You are convicted of murder? Send your ass to serve your time in a Turkish prison. Child molestation? Send your ass to Russia. Felony theft? Have a nice time in Iran!

What is wrong with our system? Too many bleeding hearts and soft-ass government officials.

BTW, this fucker can be the first one on the list for the new Prison Outsourcing Program:

The only justice here is that he is 19 years old and white in a Texas jail, and he's a child murderer/raper. Their gonna run a train on his ass, and when he's crying his eyes out getting his ass torn to shreds he'll see that little girls face and that moment he took her life. Unfortunately for him this is a situation that will play out the length of his sentence, and deserves everything he gets. Eye for an eye.
 
I wish it was just as simple as you commit a murder, you are killed. Simple as that. You rape or mollest a child, you get your balls and cock cut off. Depending on the case, you might even get killed also. You steal something, you get your hands cut off.. Maybe saddam had a few things right,,, hrmmmm
 
how about we put them all to work for 12-14 hr days, repaying their debit to society....they could work on all the roads in Michigan.

back in the day, prison was where people were sent for punishment. Just being there was punishment. At some point starting in the 60's, the courts started changing the definition. They said that people were sent there as punishment. That is a very big difference, and needs to get corrected through the courts. Outsourcing away from the state will probably make prison tougher as a priveate corporation would cut costs as much as possible. Sending them overseas would probably be an even bigger deterrent though.

or heres another idea...take a state say Kansas cause it sorta square...build 50+ feet brick/ steel walls around the hole state....drop prisoners off in there new home...drop food off every day and let population control itself....obviously this would be for murders/rapists etc.

seperating a prisoner from their family would be seen as "cruel and unusul" same with working. Whatever happened to the express lane Ron white was talking about putting up in Texas?

What about the instances where someone is falsely convicted? That does happen from what I understand.
