i got one that needs some finally assembly
$1500 and its yours.
Its a 86 LT 250 R Suzuki Quadracer
Liquid cooled, BRAND NEW ENGINE. And when i say brand new i mean 10 hours break in period on engine. Paint is still perfect on the engine.
It has new stock crank pressed together and true'd.
vesrah rod
weisco piston
piston was mic'd to match the bore of the cylinder.
every thing done right, $900 into just parts in the engine.
$400 into the brand new never rode on a-arms
$200 for +4 axle and hubs
$200 for very good condition stock swingarm
Plus what i paid for the quad when i bought it.
and paint, primer, sand, time, Tons of little shit from Genuine Suzuki, A full bolt/nut/washer kit, etc.
I bought a new stock swing arm because the old one was cracked.
also have +2 +1 a-arms installed, the frame was sandblasted 100% and primed / painted. The rear axle is a +4 to match the a-arms.
It needs the swingarm bearings / bushings pressed in,
Axle put on,
It needs the front hub bearings pressed in.
After that just throw on the gas tank and plastic.
I rode it for 10 hours breaking it in
after the engine proved reliable, i stripped it down to nothing to paint the frame since it was nasty lookin.
