Just took the transmission out, I was trying to get the drive shaft off but it wouldn't slide in to the tranny (maybe that's the problem) so I had to drop the rear end to get it out.


BTW anyone want to buy a 91 Vette?
 
I hate working on mine too. I miss having a lifted vehicle....no jack/jackstands needed.

Can I join the I hate wrenching club?
 
It's fun putting in parts that make the car go faster, it's not fun wrenching on a car when it brakes.

yea thats true.. i wont be changing my clutch when that time comes.... that does not look fun.. lol

that's why I'm parking mine after Grattan, have to do weatherstrip among other things. Probably will do heads/cam over the winter then a gear in spring & its done.
must get back to work so I can get a vert:icon_mrgr
 
Why not just sell it and get a c5?

its only a pita b/c its a vette ;) Thats why most extender owners just :spend: and go pick their car up from the shop when its done. There are a few valliant ones left that still turn a wrench... and for that they shall be commended. :icon_mrgr
