I did my 100th bike today...

I did the first 4(3 as gifts, one I kept) soon after I started welding, like 5-6 years ago. The last 96 have all been made since the beginning of '08.

Nope. I used nuts for a long time, I've been using tubing lately. I've done hubs on the rear wheel before, I've had a couple that turned. But I like the simple look of the open wheel. I've got a couple ideas I might try sometime though.

The pic of bike number 1 actually sucks, that bike is way better than some of the next doxen or so :lol: I gave that one to my dad, and I was checking it out the last time I was there. It's actually pretty good.

But yeah, there is definitely a progression. I didn't know a heck of a lot about bikes when I started, but picking the brains of a few guys that I worked with helped. The style, size, proportions, ect. have all become more refined. I'm still changing as I go.
