this guy lives to the east of me and this is his backyard and its been this way for over a year now.

rotten apples, old brush pile filled with snakes, rats, bees and check out all that poison ivy!
this guy is in his 30s with 2 little tots that cant even play backthere. he has a big girlfriend who only comes outside to smoke. sad that ppl live this way isnt it?

I have turned him in and nothing has been done yet.

I have purebred labs that have been digging on that side of my fence and Im going to have to do something different to avoid the rodents of his from coming into my backyard.

That has to smell like ass. Sorry to hear. This thread has been full of people complaining about neighbors. Mine are great, BUT...the one behind me doesn't take care of his yard. I'm glad I have a privacy fence, but we have gotten rats...and I know they are from his yard.

I had a scummy neighbor like that, has poison ivy spreading into my yard.

One dose of GROUND CLEAR covering it a few feet from the fence cured that. The rotten apples are another concern...

You could have politely asked me to clean it up.

Totally kidding...but that does suck. I can see one of his other neighbors put up a nice privacy fence to keep that mess out of their sight. It's a shame people don't take care of their things.

My neighbors have rats in their garage...it's a scary place. The day I see one in my area, the city of RO is getting a call.

I'd be pissed about the rotting smelly ass apples tho...that shit wouldn't fly.

I went down to the twp. office and personally spoke with the supervisor and he told me that there wasn't anything they could do about it. he told me to put up a privacy fence!

I laughed and said I would much rather put up a concrete wwall and he said as long as it wasn't over 6 foot high go ahead.

how do ppl live like this?

omfg..

:shake:

I say you get a gallon of gas and pour it over the fence, and hope that the fat girlfriend throws her cigarette back there.

my neighbor has a concrete Cinder block wall around their back yard for a fence.. Dont bother us one bit..

This is why I want a LARGE plot of land surrounded by trees and then a fence. so I dont have to deal with other peoples BS.

yes I wish I had researched the neighbors prior to buying this place.

the ppl to the left scream and fight all the time and the ppl to the right are simply pigs.

You'll just get another set of problems. People have a way of getting around your solutions and making assholes of themselves. We had 10 acres and we would catch guys working their hunting dogs on it because "you guys have got birds here." No shit asswipe. Suppose it has to do with the way we cut it for cover and the cracked corn we throw around?:banghead:

grew up on 3 acres in Salem twp. and never had a problem with our surrounding neibors.

I wouldent mind if they hunted on my lot just as long as they asked. back when I used to bow hunt, I had hunted on others property after I had written permission from the owner.

The nice thing about NC is that there is truth in "southern hospitality"

If they are in your neighbors garage they are in your yard. They may not be living in your yard, but I assure you they are traveling through it!

I researched mine and I still end up between 2 idiots! Someohow I missed the ones to the north of me...they must have cleaned up before I checked them out. The one southof me kept up everything until his GF moved out. She must have been on him to keep the yard up, because it has went to hell in the years since she left :frown:

Julie...so far ammonia has worked for me and the rats. I just dumped it along my privacy fence line where the tunnels were dug. I filled in the tunnels and dumped ammonia there. They haven't redug the tunnels. Of course I am sure the nasty fuckers are probably climbing the fence to go through the yard!
