Howling noise in the stang, bearring?

My 2001 gt stang is making a very loud hollowing noise around 30-0 MPH only in deceleration or right when i take my foot off the pedal at any speed. I thought it would be the pinion barring but it sounds like it is coming from my trany. I have the stock automatic trans in it. I have a warranty but if i take it to a dealer with the N2o and other crap on it it will void the warranty.
 
sounds like the front(large) pinion bearing, or the actuall ring and pinion gearset is making noise.

howling on deceleration is usually a loose pinion (bearings no longer are preloaded and the pinion is walking in and out a few thousands)
