wow... i want to go home and hug my dog now.. I've lived alone with just her for a long time.. That dog has heard some things I dont dare tell people.. Nothing beats coming home and her so happy that her ass is shaking side to side from how fast her tail is wagging.. makes me laugh and smile no matter how bad a day or how bad a mood I am in..

x2! Though my dog is male, my dog is my son, you mess with him its like someone messing with your kid. Hell when I'm dating a girl its a requirement that she LOVES my dog, I've had a few that weren't dog lovers or didnt mingle with him when they came around so I tossed them to the curb cause at the end of the day people always leave but your dog is always by your side

I can be so pissed off and having a horrible day, but the second I walk in the door and see Khan and the cats my stress level drops immediately! They listen without judgment and love you no matter what. There have been many times over the 15 years I have had my oldest cat (first pet that was all my own) that I have cried tears in her fur over something. I can't really imagine my life without any of them...even my bratty turtle who bit me yesterday :lol:

This one got to me a bit. My one cat, Snaggle is on my lap right now, and Lexi is laying at my side. I don't know where the other cat is though.

On a side note, your turtle bit you? Was it feeding time? I can't wait for the weather to stay warm so Spike can start grazing in the backyard.

We had to put the family dog down last fall and i HATE not having one around. I want to get one but I've been traveling a lot for work lately it wouldn't make much sense.

My parents won't get another one because they said they can't deal with putting another one down.

In my 25 years on this planet I've always had a dog. It sucks not having one. Hell, i still carefully walk through the back yard :lol:

I have had her for 14 years..almost 15. She does not like to be handled and never has. I was cleaning her tank. I leave her in when I do it. I was wiping her off and I had to hold her to do it. She turned her head and bit my hand. I should know better and had my hand further down on her shell. She has bit me a couple times before :lol:
