House repair - sinking deck and re-grading near foundation

So, I've been noticing my deck leaning more and more towards the house over the last couple of years. Also, it seems like the soil around the foundation of my house (with basement) has eroded / dropped significantly.

Is there a general contractor that would be able to to re-grade the house by back-filling dirt, and maybe raise the deck back up to where it's level? Even better, is anyone on here able to take on such a task??

The wife just called this morning after I got to work and apparently the privacy fence blew down in the front yard. So, before I put the fence back up, now would be a good time to get any large machinery into the backyard.

Either that, or I'm burning the house down.

Yep - got a basement. House was built in '97, I just have no idea who to call to check this crap out.

If the drain tiles were broke, he'd notice water in his basement were the floor meets the wall. Plus the house was built in 97, good chance it has the plastic tiles with a sock on it.
Joe post pics of the deck.. does it have 42" footings under it and is it attached to the house?
I can send my estimator to look at it but our season is almost over with (thank God!)

Thanks, Sal. I'll grab some pics tomorrow when it's light out.

The deck was built before I bought the house, so I have no idea on the footings. I do know the deck is not attached to the house.
