This is a very nice house, in a very nice neighborhood! Mike forgot to mention,
it sits on a large corner lot.

We he says "private back yard", he ain't kidding, its nicely secluded.

You couldn't ask for a finer small town than Milan to live in.

Good luck, I don't know your area but if its priced well it should move quick. I had the same case as you, two showings within an hour of listing and ended up with the selling offer within 3 hours. It was real nice to only have to show the house for a day.

Thanks. Having an offer within a day or even a week would be great.

TBH, I wasn't prepared for it to happen that quickly! Milan is smoking hot right now... basically, it's a trickle down effect from Ann Arbor. Can't afford $400k in Ann Arbor? Look to Saline, it's only 5 minutes away. Still can't swing the $300k in Saline? Look to Milan, it's only another 5 minutes away.. We don't even have pics of the garage in the listing because I don't have all of my motorcycles out of there yet and I don't want everybody online seeing that. Hoping to move the last three motorcycles this week.

Yes. Zillow puts it at $235k. We listed it under that to sell quickly. It could use new carpet and a few little things...
