Thanks guys. A family member has been renting the last year we loved living there but had a opportunity to move to Tennessee last year and bought our home here. If whomever rents it would have a chance to purchase it as well if they liked living there.

Yes we would be interested in selling it as well. As for a price im not sure haven't done the research but would guess in the ...If someone was serious about a possible purchase and was pre approved ect i would do the work and get a fair market price.

Been thinking about possibly selling land contract with large down payment 15-20% down. Would consider a badass ride as partial down payment and cash depending on the car. Details can be discussed if hour VERY SERIOUS!! Don't ask for me to take 3 grand and your daily driver please!!!! I'm talking high end very nice fast cars. This house is very nice and land contracts are very risky for the seller so the more up front the more the buyer has to lose and less likely to foreclose on the contract.
