Homemade blow-through carb?

Possibly going to a blowthrough setup and doing some reading. Came across this site where the guy has instructions on how to "make" a normal carb into a blowthrough.

I know new they are big bucks and used are quite a bit as well. I have a 750 holley that I could use to convert, but sketchy about it a bit (I'm a novice with carbs!)
Keep in mind this is a budget build

Its not hard to do, I build carbs all the time, and have built blow threws, and supercharger draw threw
