I had it sold through July/August. Came time to close and they weren't able didn't have the cash to close (they were already pre-approved).

I've had a few people come through, some even repeats, but I still have the house.
 
Thanks. I'm starting to talk with agents who are willing to drop commission rates. the market is certainly affecting all involved.

Good luck... Homes are just not selling. Nice job though.... I have an extremely similar home at 10 / mound..1.5 years ago it was 149,900.. just took it off at 113,00.... at every price change nothing happened = nobody buying. People are only buying houses they can steal. I laugh at people trying to "flip a house" right now.... Unless you are WAY under market value when done...they will be sitting on it.

Thanks. Yes, things are tough for sure. Too many foreclosures in the sub right now dragging low values down further.
