Has anyone here completely demo'd an entire house?

How much would something like this cost?

Anyone on here that can do it?

What's the most viable route to do this (without renting huge machinery)?

I have a good friend that is a home builder that can do demo work. If you are interested pm me with details.
 
Depending on where the house is, I know my brother inlaw had the local Fire Dept. come and train in the house for a couple of weeks. When they where done they torched the place, and let it burn down to the ground. Didn't cost him a dime.
 
Around 10k, try the fire dept like mentioned above. You do have to have plenty of land around the house for them to consider it though. I know a couple people who have done this.

my brother bought a new house where the old one was demoed by i think the police dept. He said they were throwing granades in the house and the garage looked like a pretzel after it was repeatedly driven over by a tank! afterwards they demo the rest of it for you. i heard about the fire dept doing this to but i would love to see that tank lol.
 
My neighbor's old guest house was done with the fire dept. They sprayed our house the entire time with hoses. I was in 3rd grade and it was super cool.

If you want it leveled and dont mind a small ticket. Bet everything will fit in the basement when I am done.
