that moron doesn't know how to get off the road...it's his/her fault. I wouldn't feel remorse for pulling that person over. I'd feel bad the person got hit but not regret pulling the car over. Not the officer's fault for the car getting nailed.
 
I looked at it again. That semi was way over the white line. Yes the guy was too close to traffic. But, it looked like his driver's side tires were on the white line, which puts him on the shoulder for the most part. I'd like to know how many No-Doze that truck driver was on.
 
the flashing lights on police cars do weird things to people.I forget what the medical term is. When ford had the issues with the crown vic police cars it was proved. This is one reason you are required by law to move out of the lane closest to an emergency vehicle that is on the shoulder
 
Yeah, that truck driver definatly fucked up. He hit that car square on, didn't clip a small section that was on the white line.
