Holux M-1000 Bluetooth GPS receiver barely used. $15
I used this with Delorme and iGuidance laptop software for very "off the beaten path" trips. Highly accurate. A regular "Navigation Unit" usually only shows/knows public streets and highways. With additional software, this unit will allow for tracking and directions ANY where you can get a GPS signal.
I also used this with a Palm Treo phone that didn't have a very good built in GPS. I have the software and manual to go with it.
I MIGHT be willing to part with my Delorme (Streets and Topo) or iGuidance software for about $40 each.
