Bosch, their hole saws are pricey, but well worth it for multiple uses. Buddy of mine bought some for a project and after buying a couple cheap ones he swears by them now. He said after one cut the others were done for, and the Bosch ones were practically brand new.

They have factory distribution center in Farmington Hills too

You'll have to SLOW DOWN the cutting speed and use cutting oil no matter who's holesaw you use. What is the lowest speed setting of your drill press? I like it to be less than 100 RPM.

I will be attaching my air/hand drill to my Woodward fap tubing notcher and the cutting oil is good point. deff required. Once i install the floor pans and through the floor sub-frame connectors then my 12 point cage goes in. must notch all tubing myself for the perfect fit.

I will check out the Bosch line and thank you both for your input!

I will second the comment about drill speed and cutting oil. I have seen a very expensive hole saw dulled after one cut and I have seen a "Home Depot Special" that is still sharp after 30 cuts all depending on speed and cutting oil.

I would think that your air drill would be too fast -- I know mine is. I had to use my electric 1/2" drill because it is the only drill that I have that would go slow enough.
