I do like red, but your car really does look cool with the green. Plus there aren't many green ones. I'm sure I'll keep mine red.
 
I like the green. If it was me, I would get the SS hood and spoiler and do 02 anniversary SS style stripes. The stripes I would do black.

The hood is already on there, trying to locate a oem wing (not having luck) but yeah i do like the anniversary stripes!

No i didn't buy it because it was a mint show piece, i bought it because i had money in my pocket and i was bored, anymore questions?

If i wanted a carfax clean car i would of spent 12-16k and bought a 6 speed ss but i bought a car at a cheap price so i could throw some money in it a beat the hell out of it.

But since you know the history on the car why don't you enlighten us, seeing as you were promoting such a good car in both these threads? Are you saying that you were promoting a car that was fucked up, and lying to members here for your buddy to make a quick buck?

i was never promoting this car and am not friends with the previous owner. all i know of the car is what ive heard... and hear say is just that

i have heard the car at one point had a salvage title and has had a 150 shot with a stock fuel pump this passed season
 
at one point we were friends too but when I realised how shady he was I stopped hanging out with him and then somehow that lead to him talking shit about me and so on and so forth

Good buy no matter if it had nitrous or not, motors pop up everywhere for these cars..That was stupid of Pure84gt to say anything along those lines. To buy a LS1 for 6k and be in the 12's with some bolt ons is a steal.
 
well as long as your satisfied with the end result. I will say that kid has pulled some pretty shady shit before tho and am glad to see him banned, he insulted me my friends and even my family and had ripped off a number of his own friends.

im sorry for not saying anything to you smooth I just didnt want to create a further personal conflict between him and I. and to be honest i didnt know you were even interested or that anyone from here would even end up buying it.
 
the story also went that somehow it was a salvage title in arizona but somehow when it got here it wasnt anymore... who knows if its true or not but either way 6k is a good deal for an ls1 car
