Hines Rive......, uh, Drive, 6/20/09

I laugh every time i hear the traffic report and there has been any precipitation involved. Hines Drive is always on the list as being flooded. I can't believe people even attempt to go that way if it has rained for as often as I hear about it being flooded.

It doesnt get to that level instantly. If its raining...u wouldnt go get your car?


Or people didnt realize that it floods....now they know!
