Hernia Surgery

Well looks like im going in for surgery # 2 Thursday. Had my right Hernia done January of 2014. Left side is this Thursday. Im 24 years old and my body is pretty much shot. Both Hernia's, lower left back disc are bulging L1-L5, S1-S3 sever degenerative arthritis in my spine and SI Dysfunction. 6 years in the military has done a number on my body. Anyone else have this many issues before there even 25??

After 5 years in the USMC I trashed my back. L4/L5/S1. Got out at 29 years old and I feel it every day
 
I had hernia surgery last year. Been going to physical therapy a bunch this year because my body seemed to compensate while it was healing and my pelvis got twisted to the left. Surgeon told me there was nothing I could have done to prevent it. Physical therapist gave me all of these inner core exercises to strengthen the inner core to prevent the problems. Go figure.... Best of luck to you man! I hope you heal up quickly.
 
Had right side done at 25, been waiting on left side to pop thought I tore right side again a couple weeks ago playing soccer
