I decided that the '85 was too nice to drive through the winter... so I tucked it in the garage and bought this

162k miles
3.slow V6
4x4 w/ADD hubs
power everything including moonroof!
everything works!
a bit of rust that's been painted over around the rear wheels

For $1500 for the legendary 4Runner? I'm quite happy to have something reliable and reasonably nice to beat on this winter!

Yes, because purchasing a 20 year old used truck really has anything to do with that.

You'll notice in my signature that I also have a 2011 Dodge Ram and 2012 Dodge Journey in the driveway... both of which were purchased new.

so then what happend to the journey lol so many cars to keep up with
 still have that. Basically I got that when I had the Mustang and Jeep... because neither of those were baby friendly. Got rid of the Mustang and Jeep and well... I decided I wanted a Toyota. Then I wanted another. I have issues.

We are all sick.. :)

Thats what I tell the woman.. Its good to have spares.. Tires, guns, snowblowers, vehicles, other toys...

Its best to not say spare women.

a friend in HS had a '92 accord EX coupe, 5 speed. they sold it with over 200k on it. i drove it many, many times. great car that got about 26+ MPG, every single tank.

You may or may not remember the many posts on here about mine. Had it for 6 years, it was hit many times(it looked horrible  ) and I sold it with 265k only because it would not pass inspection in Virginia.
