Another personal trainer/gym question.
Been to many different gyms in my area(Troy). Im looking for a new one. More importantly I'm looking for a really good personal trainer. Not too far from me. 15mins or so. My buddy has a great trainer in White Lake, but thats like 35 mins WITHOUT traffic. I have no buddies to work out with. They're away at school.
And how does the trainer thing work? Do you have to go to their gym or can they help you out at your own gym????
