Help with ex wife.

Hey everyone,

I need to ask a favor from one of you. My ex wife was pulled over last month by the White lake police . they said that she had a suspended license and my youngest son was in the car. She had to have her new mother in law pick up my son and her new baby because she was in the back of the cop car. she says they have yet to give her a court date, and she also claims that she checked with the Secretary of State and she claims she has a valid license. She loves to drive on a suspended license. She has been busted at least 4 times that I know of.I do not want her driving my children around if she has a suspended license. I went to The White Lake Police Department but they would not give me any information.

Can anybody please check for for me? TIA

Brian, you've always been a Friend to me, will this help you :)

The Cowboy: Slim, I ain't never seen a handgun that big before.
Frank Dooley: Yeah, it's a 50 caliber. They used to use it to hunt buffalo with... up close! It's only legal in two states. And this isn't one of them.
The Cowboy: You're somthin' else, Slim.

Quote from the movie Mr. Mom;
Caroline has shot Jack in his fantasy
Ron: Wow! What did you use? A .38?
Caroline: .38... .39, whatever it took.

I'd probably refrain from posting guns in this thread even though it's in a joking manner. If Brian does indeed lawyer up, I'd think she would too. It isn't like his ex has no idea he posts on MM. If she has a good attorney he can probably skew this into an outcome not in Brian's favor.

Go to the White Lake PD and fill out a Freedom of Information request for all of her information pertaining to that day. The report or ticket should indicate if your kids were in the car etc. This info they have to give you by law. They are prohibited to give you the info without you filling out the FOIA request. It will cost you a few dollars but you will need it for court.

file a motion with the Court requesting that she not be able to have the children in her car when she is driving until she proves to the Court that her license is restored.

protect the kids.

Or I could be like everyeone else that didn't read what you posted and say. LAWYER UP. LOl

Knowing the courts, you will just end up picking up and dropping off. And they will raise your payments to cover her legal expenses.
