HELP:03/04 Cobra Parts help!!!!

I need help Identifying some parts on the car. I dont know what they are for. Any help will be appreciated and I will rep ya. Heres some pictures. One looks like a vacuum sensor and the other a pump. What are they called and what are they for???? Sorry the first one is blurry but its on the drivers side on the back of the motor.

Is the heat exchanger the same as a intercooler?

Yes, kinda. your intercooler is liquid cooled located under the blower......You have coolant that runs through your intercooler and then through the heat excahnger located in the front of the vehicle (just like a radiator) to provide cool air to the intercooler under the blower.

Someone else might chime in on the first photo.....Im almost certain its your bypass valve, but im not 100%.
