hello motown, I just wrecked my car!

When I used to live with Coach, I drove through there every day. My ex g/f spun and hit the wall there as well. The SCS police dispatcher referred to it "Dead Man's Curve" They know water accumulates there and people spin out all the time.

Dang Dude. Glad you're OK. Hope they total it for 'ya! I lost one of my favorite all-time cars to a similar deal tears ago. As long as you're not physiaclly hurt, the ego bruise will heal fast enough.
 
I just went and looked at it..... unless i get really lucky its not gonna be a total...... It needs ALOT of front suspension work....lol

2002 Mustang GT Miles?, and the bags popped? If the cars got 80k or so miles its probably a goner the bags and assorted stuff is like 3k,
 
Weren't you the one saying that driving 55-60 was -more- dangerous as you'd be distracted? :lol:

Glad to hear you made it out okay. Just be glad you weren't drinking..

I had 3 beers between 8pm-1am
And yes I was still nevrvous about it when i got pulled over...
 
2002 with 120k and the bags popped Im 95% shes a goner
bags 1200
control box 300
windshield 200
dash used 125
labor 300.00

front sheet metal (used front cut) 800.00

paint other stuff 1500.00



figure estimate is 6k if both fenders are fubar and coolers are gone, total
 
Drivers side fender is toast, hood maybe,
passenger fender might be ok,
drivers side wheel and tire are gone,
suspension on that side is bashed, bumper is destroyed
Windshield looks good...
I'm gonna go check it out a lil more and get a few pics after i get the rental in a few....


Speaking of rental... they have an HHR or a Jetta right now.... or I can pay 3.50 a day out of pocket for a Charger.... what will I do??? :lol:
