Not sure if I'm posting this in the right forum but I'm new here and just wanted to say whats up. I had the opportunity to meet a few of you bowling in Troy while working for GM this summer but now I'm back in hot ass New Mexico to finish school. My car is a 1989 mustang which used to be a 4 cylinder automatic. I paid for her bagging groceries in high school and built her up with my dad, flatbacking it in front of the house on Holloman AFB....which we weren't supposed to do. It currently has a stock 302 with a couple of bolt ons, Tremec 3550, CF dual friction clutch and some other little odds and ends. Future plans call for a twin turbo 331 setup. Here's a few pics of the build.

Thanks you guys, I'm pretty happy with what I've been able to do with her on my budget. There's a lot I want to do in the future though once I finish with school. By the way dirtybird, NIN is one of my favorites.

Nice dirtybird, not only did I miss the dream cruise but I also missed out on that....this place blows (NM)
 
Understandable. :lol: I just seen them at Lallapalooza too, badass in concert..... ok back to your thread :lol:
 
Very nice fox! I really dig the color a lot. Is there something ghosted in the paint? Cannot tell.
 
fiveohcrazy has one almost exactly like it.

I will wait for him to respond, but they are very similar. His also started out as a 4cyl auto car.

Is his the one with the t-tops and halo headrest seats? If so I saw his when he got it painted on the stangnet forums. A very nice car. But yeah, they are ghost flames, you can see them a bit better in this pic. Sorry for the link, the insert pic button wasn't working and neither was normal html.
