Heater core instalation 94 grand marquis?

Need to replace the heater core in my dad's grand marquis and there's a lot of stuff in the way to get to it. Just looking for some help maybe a step by step instruction of how to get to it and replace it, it would be a big help.

If anyone works at a shop here and can do it fpr around $200 I would be willing to outsource it.

please let me know the weathers getting colder so heat is becoming a must, tried doing it myself and can't quite get to it with what i have at home.
 
I don't own a shop but I have everything needed to swap this out for you. I could do it sometime after work this week or this weekend if it's better for you. I have been working on cars for many many years and have changed out more than my fair share of heater cores. Just throwing it out there because I don't know too many shops that would do it for $200. Usually the going rate for it is around $500-$600 because it's such a bitch to do. Let me know, I live in Royal Oak.
