what kind of gasket do i need on stock heads with MAC long tubes? I got a set of long tubes with the individual flanges used, and they didnt come with hardware.

also, as far as the bolts go, what is the thread and size on these and where is the best place to purchase both items?

You have to use header bolts, you can get them at any speed shop (they have a smaller head than a normal bolt).

You can use felpro 1415 gaskets, also available at any speed shop.

Used mac long tubes may require a pry bar for installation, you may need to teak the tubes so that the bolts line up. The normally only line up when they're new.
 
I use 1415 with mine. I just switched to 1 3/4 from 1 5/8 MAC. If you have a problem lining up the bolts, try hanging the end two bolts, slide the gaskets in and work the bolts in from back to front.
