Im gonna order a set of headers next week and i was looking to get some opinions on what to go with. Here are my picks, Hooker super comps $499 (these are what im leaning towards, I have them on my challenger and they sound and work great)

The Flowtech tuned full length $446

or the BBK full lengths $449 (not a big fan of BBK but i might give em a try)

Out of the 3 you have listed I would probably get the BBK headers.

I can get you prices on any of them, just PM me, they will probably be better then what you see on summit.

If you are accepting recommendations outside of those 3 brands I would save up some extra coin and just get the Kooks, much better fit, performance, plus they are stainless so you never have to worry about rust...

The only thing I didnt like about the BBK is they are not tuned and have a 2.5" collector.
what are the specs on the kooks $$$

Don't get hung up on the 2.5 vs. 3" collector. the ball and socket design is a million times better then the 3 bolt collector. Also, unless you are making more then 500+ to the tire a 3" exhaust would only cost you more money and be louder. The Black 2005 that Livernois built made 770 RWHP on 2.5" exhaust...

also we would be less then the listed price...

the kooks are just a little out of my reach. Im not knocking the 2.5" i just like the flexability of a 3" , I have a tubing bender so 3" is no problem it was kinda in the works anyway. The cars gonna be built up this winter when all is said and done it should be just a hair above 550hp. Im pulling the trans out in a few weeks and figured i would slap on some headers while I had it out. Im gonna do some more reading and what not but i will pm you for a price when i make up my mind. I would much rather go through you than summit. Thanks +1

We just prefer the kooks because of the entire package. Everything fits like a glove with them... If kooks are out I revert back to my original statement, out of the 3 you listed the BBK are by far the best choice on your list...

I was referring to 500+ RWHP, I'm not certain if you are or not...

It depends on how much overtime I get, no overtime and the car will probably ring in around 500-550 RWHP If i get plenty of overtime it could see the 800 range but if thats the case the headers wont matter so i guess I would say the ball park would be 500RWHP blower car. Any reason in particular you would pick the bbk, im sorry I've just had bad expiriences with them in the past so im slightly skeptical.

I have worked on cars with the BBK headers and the fit is not all that great. For headers in that price rage I would go with MAC. The MAC headers they are much better in fit and finish. Also on the 2.5 vs 3" normally you can cut the ball portion of the flange off and weld a 3 bolt flange on and it will be 3", the collectors are usually necked down for the ball flange.

I have ceramic coated MAC's. Three reasons I went with them over Kooks or Stainless Works.....

1) MAC's tuck up alot closer to the body (more ground clearance on a lowered car)
2) I knew the MAC's would clear my SFI bellhousing.....not sure about the others.
3) Price......I got the MAC's shipped to my door with O2 harness extensions for under $400. I am not a baller so I can't afford $900 headers.

I have the mac LT's, look great, fitment was great, sound great, and they dont have that dented in primary like bbk to clear the steering shaft.
