Has anyone ever dealt with Auto Appraise Inc. in Grand Blanc?

I have a guy trying to buy my truck. He was approved for a loan for it as long as is appraise high enough. The credit union he is using is sending Auto appraise of Grand Blanc over to appraise my truck Thursday. I was just wondering if anyone has ever dealt with them and what I could expect.

Fwiw, I've been trying to get John out to my place for an updated appraisal for 4 months now. Emails, calls etc and no response. Anyone have up to date contact info?

Thanks, I just looked up Tophat John on Facebook he's been active on there as of today. But it looks like he's traveling Route 66 from the pictures he's posting.
