Was that the Brighton, Grand River Exit? If so I saw the car sitting there.... I think it was Sunday when i was heading out to my parents for Easter.

i fucked up ..... at speed . took my attn away just long enuf ended up wide . gravel countersteer and blammo.

btw i have an 1 1/8 solid sway bar in the back . any off throttle flicks of the steering wheel will send you drifto quickly.

yup that was me there . the rails fixed and they reused the big gnarly anti skewering / battering ram device. so im going to stick one of my emblems on it.

That is horrible. Glad your okay. I can't believe how far the drivers door and floor are pushed up where your feet go.


BTW...I have not seen a HO Quad 4 in forever!!! How many miles? Ever rebuilt?

this all stock build with lopey cams .has 60k on the motor and 18-20 bottles throght it jetted for a hundy. so does w41 mean anything to ya

( stock... includes forged/peened crank, forged/peened rods , hypereutectics @10:1, lopey w41 cams / ecm , 3.94 gear swap )

this next round will be same longblock and possibly " other things "
 
thank fellas .. its been a tough couple days of reflection. we started tearing her down as the engine was still warm lol . we should be done with the salvage mission today. im feelin real good considering. the new calais 442 will be a driver this weekend and ready for wo0tward in a few weeks .


spare parts and spare cars are priceless. my gal finally understands! she gets to not spend any money and i get to build anpother car for near free with the help of my friends. so next time you see the satin black shaved out ranger .... hes a very very big part of why im here typing . and he likes bud light . i dont drink .... im more herbally inclined :suspect:
