I was able to snap a quick pic of this gem in a local parking lot. I especially dig the bright green quad exhaust and A-team van wing. :headscrat

Its hard to see in the picture, but the ground effects are a great addition. It would appear that they used some black plastic sheet and attached it to the underbody. The dude driving looked all happy that I was taking a picture....if he only knew. hahaha
