Are there any good places in or near Troy?
I've got a 1915 Westinghouse rifle of some sort that needs a detailing.
And a .30(i think) Carbine rifle also really old?
What am I looking at price wise to get these things cleaned and ready to go?
I know next to nothing about this stuff. Then on to the shooting range.
I dont want to get dicked over price wise.

actaully I know someone that is extremely miticulous and has a C&L license the whole nine yards

pm me for his number

my friend said to take it to D&D gunsmiths in troy and have them clean it up

there full restoration will make it loose collector value so dont go too far

Take heed to this. Rebluing an old gun typically cuts the value of it in half, even if it does make the weapon look much better.

If you do not know how to clean and detail them you should NOT be taking them to a firing range.

Figure out what they are, acquire the Manual of arms, clean them yourself.

I could possibly help if you post pics.

going off your descriptions and 30 secs of google.......

1915 Westinghouse is probably a Mosin Nagant type action

READ ALL OF IT! especially the warning NOT to fire if converted to 30.06
