Gun folks - anyone have any input on the Baby Desert Eagle III?

Was talking with my dad last night and we were discussing hand guns. He brought up the Baby Desert Eagle III...and now I'm intrigued.

Just wondering if anyone here has had the chance to see/handle/shoot one and what they had to say.

Any input is appreciated...thanks in advance.
 
Thanks for the feedback Reiko. Do you have one yourself or was it a rental at a range, owned by a friend, etc.?

I'd like to get my hands on one (actually both the steel and synthetic frame) before I take the plunge and I'm not sure where to start looking....other than call around to every range/gun store.

I had one in 9mm. Metal frame. Shot nice and straight, believe it's from the fixed barrel. Way more accurate than my Glock. Too heavy to carry imo. was a nice looking gun.
