Just from what I can eyeball in that picture there's at least 60-70k in damage.
That sucks for the people that died cuz of someone elses stupidity. RIP and glad they were caught. This GT may be totaled but to say that there is only 60k or 70k I would say is way under considering a bare e-coated body with nothing on it is worth around 60k. When i worked at Saleen we did repair a car that was in worst shape then that and we did swap the body over the clamshell (engine cover) passenger side door, side scoop, ram air vent, front and rear bumper covers and some odds and ends things. Parts for that car are unbelievably expensive. Things may be a lil less now because the car we repaired was done near the end of the production. When i was there the fenders alone were 1500.00 and the hoods price was pushing 5k.
